Celebrating 20s year of partnership: The Dragon Darwin Experience – Secondary School / College Programme
The Darwin Centre is made up of individuals with a background in a science subject aiming to engage, enthuse and inspire the young people of Pembrokeshire in STEM subjects through immersive hands on experiences. Our award-winning education project ‘The Dragon Darwin Experience’ now in its 20th year, is free to access for all Pembrokeshire Schools thanks to Dragon LNG who have been our core sponsors and partners since 2005. Our field trips and workshops align with the new curriculum for Wales, the Well-being and Future Generations Act, and the United Nations Sustainable Goals. We have access to a wide range of speakers and partner organisations within the county of Pembrokeshire and beyond who will complement your delivery of the curriculum as well as touching upon career options within STEM and the possible routes available. If you are looking for inspiration for a certain element of the Science & Technology area of learning experience please get in touch – with enough notice we can design something bespoke to address your needs.
