The Return Of The Planetarium

This weekend saw 700 FREE tickets being snatched up for shows in the Planetarium courtesy of Dark Sky Wales.  The two day event was held at the Torch Theatre in Milford Haven with the help of Dragon LNG and Pembrokeshire College.  

Van Hall Larenstein

Students from Van Hall Larenstein the University of Applied Sciences in Holland braved the weather and headed out on the Milford Haven water way with us, Dailing Sailing and geologist Sid Howells. The students explored the geological features of the Haven as well as the industrial ones.

Dragon LNG held a function for staff and their families at Slebech Park a 600 acre private country estate.  We took the group pond dipping to see what creatures we could find.  Everyone was able to look at what they had caught under the microscopes or in magnifying bug pots!
